Building an Even Stronger Africa-China Community with a Shared Future with the Cooperation in the Battle against COVID-19: A Review of the International Video Conference on “Fighting against COVID-19 and Africa-China Cooperation”

2020年初新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来,中非相互支持,紧密合作,体现了患难与共的情谊。中非智库合作举办"抗击新冠疫情与中非合作"国际视频会议,会聚了中非15国28家智库60位学者、智库领袖和媒体代表开展研讨,为中非合作抗疫建言献策,形成五大共识,为共克时艰、进一步提升疫情治理能力、打造更加紧密的中非命运共同体提供了智力支持。

Africa and China have supported each other and cooperated closely since the outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020,reflecting the friendship during hard time.The International Video Conference on"Fighting Against COVID-19 and Africa-China Cooperation"was jointly held by think tanks from China and African countries.More than 60 well-known scholars,think tank leaders and media representatives from China and 15 African countries attended the video conference in order to exchange suggestions on Africa-China cooperation in the battle against COVID-19,forged five major consensuses,and provided intellectual support for overcoming the epidemic,further improving epidemic governance capacity and building an even stronger Africa-China community with a shared future.
