中非命运共同体具有坚实的历史基础、强劲的现实动力和美好的未来愿景。中非合作论坛北京峰会指出中非将携手打造"责任共担""合作共赢""幸福共享""文化共兴""安全共筑""和谐共生"的命运共同体。中非命运共同体是实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的有力支持,是非洲改变受制于人的命运的难得机遇,可为南南合作提供有益参考,提升发展中国家的整体实力,更是建设人类命运共同体的重要基础。"八大行动"是实现中非命运共同体的有效路径。推进"一带一路"建设,中国应加强与非盟、非洲各次区域组织的协商对话,积极开展多边合作,共筑更加紧密的中非命运共同体。

China-Africa community with a shared future has a solid historical basis,a strong realistic impetus and a bright future vision.The Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperationpointed out that China and Africa will work together to build China-Africa community with a shared future that assumes joint responsibility,pursues win-win cooperation,delivers happiness for all of us,enjoys cultural prosperity,enjoys common security,as well as promotes harmony between man and nature.China-Africa community with a shared future is a strong support for the China Dream for the realization of the rejuvenation of Chinese nation,and it is also a rare opportunity that the destiny of Africa is not subject to others.It can provide a beneficial reference for the South-South cooperation,enhance the comprehensive strength of the developing countries,and it is also an indispensable basis forbuilding a community with shared future for mankind.Eight major initiatives are an effective path for the realization of China-Africa community with a shared future.Meanwhile,we are supposed to strengthen the consultative dialogues with African Union and African sub-regional organizations,to actively promote multilateral cooperation among China,Africa and other major economies,and build an even closer community with a shared future for China and Africa based on"The Belt and Road".
