高湿地区病房新风湿负荷动态特性及全年运行调控策略

摘要 建筑高湿环境对人员的舒适性、健康性和空调系统节能性有重要影响,建筑湿环境调控逐渐被重视。结合潮湿气候的简便判断指标,提出对城市潮湿程度分级的简便性判断指标;基于中国建筑热环境分析专用气象数据库,统计筛选出各级潮湿代表城市,并基于室内温度和湿度双控基线,分析代表城市全年湿度分区小时数占比特性,计算获得全年湿时数分布,以及代表城市高温高湿、中温高湿和低温高湿3种不同区域下的新风湿负荷特性;结合山地城市典型高湿度代表城市贵阳某医院病房实地调研测试结果,分析过渡季和供冷季室内环境湿度分布特性;以病房独立新风+双面辐射空调系统为例,提出基于病房环控需求和“通风优先、湿度优先”原则下的独立新风系统全年运行调控策略。 The high humidity environment in buildings has an important impact on the comfort,health of people and energy saving of air conditioning systems,and the regulation of building humidity environment has been paid more and more attention.This paper first puts forward a simple judgment index for the classification of urban humidity based on the simple judgment index of humid climate;secondly,based on the special meteorological database for building thermal environment analysis in China,the representative cities of humidity at all levels are statistically selected.Based on the double control baseline of indoor temperature and humidity,the proportion characteristics of humidity zoning hours in the representative cities throughout the year are analyzed,and the distribution of humidity hours in the whole year is calculated,and the outdoor air moisture load characteristics under three different areas of high temperature and high humidity,medium temperature and high humidity and low temperature and high humidity in the representative cities are obtained;thirdly,combined with the field research and test results of hospital patient rooms in the typical high humidity representative city Guiyang in mountainous cities,the indoor environmental humidity distribution characteristics in the transition season and cooling season are analyzed;finally,taking the patient room independent outdoor air and double-sided radiant air conditioning system as an example,this paper puts forward the annual operation strategy of the independent outdoor air system based on the patient room environmental control demand and the principle of"ventilation first,humidity first".
