“水盆效应”的抗浮设防及治理措施 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,地表水下渗形成“水盆效应”是否需要抗浮,怎么考虑抗浮措施成为抗浮设计的痛难点,因对地表水下渗引起的抗浮认识不足,甚至引发诉讼纠纷。通过对“水盆效应”导致地下工程上浮机理的分析,首次提出“水盆效应”形成的4个条件,对是否进行抗浮设防提供了理论依据和判别条件;结合相关的抗浮设计规范,明确“水盆效应”的抗浮设防水位取值,提出针对“水盆效应”以“疏、排”为主的抗浮措施,并给出相关的勘察、抗浮设计建议;结合相关工程案例,基本验证了提出的“水盆效应”抗浮的判别条件和治理措施,较好地解决了当前“水盆效应”抗浮设计的痛难点问题,为类似工程提供了参考。 In recent years,whether the"water basin effect"of surface water seepage needs anti-floating or not,how to consider anti-floating measures has become the difficult and painful point of anti-floating design,due to insufficient understanding of anti-floating caused by surface water infiltration,it even led to litigation disputes.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of"water basin effect"leading to underground engineering buoyancy,four conditions for the formation of"water basin effect"are proposed for the first time,which provide the theoretical basis and discriminative conditions for whether to carry out anti-floating fortification or not.In combination with relevant anti-floating design specifications,the value of anti-floating fortification level of"water basin effect"is determined,in view of the"water basin effect",the anti-floating measue of"drainage and discharge"is put forward,and the relevant investigation and design suggestions are given.Combining with relevant engineering cases,the proposed"water basin effect"anti-floating discrimination conditions and treatment measures are basically verified,the difficult and painful points of current anti-floating design of"water basin effect"are well solved,which provides reference for similar projects.
