对新中国国防工程建设发挥巨大作用的认识

Understanding of the significant role of new China’s national defense engineering construction

国防工程建设是国防建设的重要组成部分。根据国家和军事战略的发展需要,围绕军事斗争准备的紧迫需求,国防工程建设在不同历史时期发挥了巨大的作用。将新中国成立以来的国防工程的建设发展划分为5个阶段,分别从各个阶段简要论述了国家形势、军委决策、重点工作和重大作用等。通过对国防工程建设发展历程的回顾,梳理出主要特点,可为今后的发展研究提供一定的借鉴和参考。

National defense engineering construction is an important part of national defense construction.According to the development needs of the state and military strategy,the construction of national defense engineering has played a significant role in different historical periods around the urgent needs of military preparation.This paper divides the construction and development of national defense engineering since the founding of new China into five stages,and discusses the national situation,the decision-making of the Military Commission,key projects and major role from each stage briefly.Through the review of the development process of national defense engineering construction,the main characteristics are sorted out,which can provide some reference for the future development research.
