岛礁设施运维管理对于设施设备的正常运转、发挥保障功能至关重要。通过分析远海岛礁设施运维保障现状,针对现有运维管理方式存在的缺陷,结合BIM(building information model)技术特点,提出了岛礁设施运维信息化管理模式,以弥补当前岛礁设施管理模式的不足,并探讨分析了BIM技术在岛礁设施运维中的应用优势、应用框架体系和技术难点,为下一步BIM技术在岛礁设施运维管理中实际应用提供技术思路。

The operation and maintenance management of facilities on pelagic island is very important for the normal operation of facilities and to play the guarantee function.In this paper,by analyzing the current situation of operation and maintenance of facilities on pelagic island,aiming at the defects of the existing management mode,combining with the technical characteristics of BIM(building information model),the operation and maintenance information management mode of facilities on pelagic island is proposed,which can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the current management mode.Then the application advantages,framework system and technical difficulties of BIM technology in the operation and maintenance of facilities on pelagic island are discussed and analyzed,and technological ideas for further practical application of BIM technology in the operation and maintenance management of facilities on pelagic island are provided.
