摘要 减压塔顶抽真空系统是高压加氢润滑油基础油装置的重要组成系统,真空度是减压塔操作的关键参数,真空度高低及稳定性直接影响减压塔各侧线润滑油基础油产品的质量,同时也会制约生产高粘度牌号的产品,并且对减压炉燃料气消耗量也影响较大。文章通过对中海油气(泰州)石化有限公司石蜡基高压加氢润滑油基础油装置减压塔顶真空度降低原因进行分析,提出有效的应对措施。 The vacuum tower top vacuum system is an important component system of the high-pressure hydrogenation lubricating oil base oil device.The vacuum degree is a key parameter for the operation of the pressure reducing tower.The level and stability of the vacuum directly affect the lubricating oil base of each side line of the pressure reducing tower.The quality of oil products will also restrict the production of high-viscosity products,and will also have a greater impact on the fuel gas consumption of the vacuum furnace.This article analyzes the reasons for the reduction of vacuum at the top of the vacuum tower of the paraffin-based high-pressure hydrogenation lubricating oil base oil unit of China National Offshore Oil&Gas(Taizhou)Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,and proposes effective and effective countermeasures.
