摘要
为解决甲烷化反应器压差升高的问题,探析一种催化剂的装填方法在甲烷化装置中的应用,具体通过装置停车置换、系统降温、催化剂卸出、催化剂装填等操作对催化剂进行更换。将两种堆积密度不同的催化剂更换成一种堆积密度更小的催化剂,在同等条件下,单位面积所承受的压力更小,从而床层压差更小,在等体积条件下装填的量更少,因此在不改变装置运行工况,天然气品质的条件下,经济价值更高。
In order to solve the problem of increasing pressure difference in the methanation reactor,the application of a catalyst loading method in the methanation unit was analyzed.In particular,the catalyst was replaced by stopping the device,cooling the system,catalyst discharge,catalyst loading and other operations.Two kinds of packing density of different catalyst replacement into a bulk density smaller catalyst,under the same condition,the pressure per unit area is smaller,so the bed layer pressure difference is smaller and the amount of f illing is less under the same volume condition.Therefore,the economic value is higher without changing the operation condition of the unit and the quality of natural gas.
