临床生物化学检验是高等专科学校医学检验专业的核心课程之一,也是一门兼具理论性和实践性的学科。随着科技的发展,生物化学检验在临床工作中的逐渐趋于自动化,手工操作逐渐消失。为了培养学生在校期间的理论意识以及质量控制意识,在课程学习过程中需要抓紧检验技术和临床应用两条主线,才能在实践过程中加深对各项检测项目的检验质量、基本原理、临床意义的理解,培养发现问题、解决问题和动手操作能力。

Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory is one of the core courses of vocational school,and it is also a theoretical and practical subject.With the development of science and technology,biochemical examination in clinical work tends to automation,manual operation gradually disappeared.In order to train the students’theoretical consciousness and quality control consciousness during the period of school,two main lines of examination technology and clinical applicat ion need to be grasped in the course of study,in order to deepen the practice of testing the quality of testing items,basic principles,clinical significance of understanding,training to find problems,solve problems and hands-on operation.
