随着长庆油田生产力持续、高速、稳定地发展,物资供应的衔接显得尤为重要。现代物流是企业生产过程中的桥梁,是进行生产和建设的物质前提。文章首先描述了油气田生产单位物资收发存管理运作现状,进而提出了建立区域物流中心的必要性,最后从油气田区域物流市场需求分析与预测、系统构建、布局形态等方面探讨区域物流中心的构建方案,并提出了油气田区域物流中心的运作模式和业务流程。

With the sustainable,high-speed and stable development of Truong Khanh oil field productivity,the connection of material supply is becoming more and more important.Modern logistics is the bridge in the production process of enterprises and the material premise of production and construction.At first,the paper describes the current situation of the management of receiving,sending and storing materials of oil and gas production units,and then puts forward the necessity of establishing regional logistics center,finally,this paper discusses the construction scheme of regional logistics center from the aspects of demand analysis and forecast,system construction and layout form,and puts forward the operation mode and business process of the regional logistics center of oil and gas fields.
