渤海某油田单筒双井配合占位钻具使用方略

摘要 海上油气田丛式井开发中,井槽口数量是制约平台钻井数量的主要因素,采用单筒双井钻井技术可以有效提高井槽口利用率。渤海某油田三期开发井外围的槽口全部使用了占位钻具配合单筒双井的技术,在增加可用槽口数的同时实现了浅层预斜、表层闭路深钻以及钻进浅层气地层,实现了安全、井控、轨迹等要求,取得了良好效果。同时由于浅部地层易漏、易窜的特性,表层作业中也容易出现槽口无法使用的情况,应注意预防。 In the development of cluster wells in offshore oil and gas fields,the number of well slots is the main factor restricting the number of platform drilling.The use of single-bore dual-well drilling technology can effectively improve the utilization of well slots.The notches around the third-stage development wells of an oilfield in Bohai have all used space-occupying drilling tools combined with single-bore dual-well technology.While increasing the number of available notches,it has realized shallow pre-deflection,closed-circuit deep drilling at the surface and shallow gas drilling.The strata have fulfilled the requirements of safety,well control,and trajectory,and achieved good results.At the same time,due to the characteristics of easy leakage and channeling in the shallow stratum,it is easy to cause the notch can not be used in surface operations,and attention should be paid to prevent it.
