海上生产设施危险区划分探讨

Discussion of Hazardous Area Classification for Offshore Oil and Gas Production Facility

海上生产设施以天然气和原油处理工艺流程为主,设施上存在达到爆炸下限的可燃气体的风险。根据达到爆炸下限的可燃气体的概率,可以将生产设施划分为不同等级的危险区。危险区划分的主要目的是指导生产设施上防爆设备的选型以及通风设计,同时对生产设施的总体布局,火气探测,消防设计等均有指导作用。在海上生产设施危险区划分的实践中,发现不同的规范对相同的区域和对象的危险区划分有所区别。文章在讨论各规范的异同点的基础上,结合工程实践对海上生产设施的危险区划分提出了建议。

Offshore production facilities are mainly for oil and gas process handing,there are possibility that flammable gas reach their low explosion level.Areas have been classified to different class of hazardous area based on the probability that flammable gas reach their low explosion level.Main purpose of the hazardous area classification is to guide the explosion-proof equipment design and selection,it also influence on the facility general layout design,fire and gas detection design,ventilation design and firefighting design.Based on previous project experience,different codes and standards have different requirements on the hazardous area classification of same equipment and area.After discussion on these difference,some suggestions on offshore production facilities hazardous area classification have been raised.
