The Application of Mobile Video Surveillance for Safety Management and Control on the Direct Operation Site

针对石化企业对涉及动火作业、用电作业、破土作业、进入受限空间作业以及高处作业等直接作业现场的全过程视频监控,采用固定监控和移动监控相结合的方式,实现对直接作业现场全过程监控,促进了规范作业过程安全管控目标的实现。

For petrochemical enterprise’s whole process video surveillance of direct work sites involving fire operations,electricity operations,groundbreaking operations,restricted space operations,and high-altitude operations,a combination of fixed monitoring and mobile monitoring is used to achieve direct operations.On-site whole-process monitoring has promoted the realization of the safety management and control objectives of the standardized operation process.
