摘要
文章介绍了某化工企业为提高事故应急电源系统运行的可靠性,结合日常运行维护工作量、经济成本及设备缺陷等问题,对企业内的应急电源系统在架构上进行了优化配置,在设备选型上进行了更新替换。将事故应急电源系统由21台分布式动力EPS、照明EPS供电调整为区域集中式事故应急柴油发电机+双电源切换模式供电,对系统的切换逻辑进行验证,并对柴油发电机的启动过程波形及最远端负荷的切换波形进行分析。
This paper introduces the optimization of the emergency power system in the system architecture and the replacement of the equipment selection in order to improve the reliability of the emergency power system operation,combined with the daily operation and maintenance workload,economic cost and equipment defects.The emergency power supply system is adjusted from 21 distributed power EPS and lighting EPS to regional centralized emergency diesel generator and dual power switching mode.The switching logic of the system is verified,and the start-up waveform and the switching waveform of the farthest load of diesel generator are analyzed in the paper.
