摘要
采用CASST-QRA定量风险评价软件,对某原油处理厂重大危险源进行安全评估,模拟计算危险化学品发生事故后造成的社会风险曲线和个人风险等值线范围,定量评价其对周边环境所造成的风险大小和可接受程度,确定该企业发生危险化学品泄漏事故后造成的社会风险和个人风险是否满足风险基准的要求。
CASST-QRA Quantitative Risk Assessment Software was used to assess the safety of major hazard sources in a crude oil processing plant,and to simulate the range of social risk curve and personal risk contour caused by accidents of hazardous chemicals,to assess quantitatively the magnitude and acceptability of the risks to the surrounding environment,and to determine whether the social and personal risks resulting from a hazardous chemical spill incident in the enterprise meet the requirements of the risk baseline.
