聚烯烃管道质量控制与追溯方法研究

Study on Quality Control and Traceability of Polyolefin Pipeline

为了提升聚烯烃管道的质量,优化对管道质量信息的源头追溯,因此研究聚烯烃管道生产过程质量控制与质量追溯方法。从聚烯烃管道生产流程入手,对原材料、温度、压力、速度、检验等影响生产质量的生产过程进行了分析。并从互联网云平台模式入手,对聚烯烃管道质量信息的环节进行追溯。在对比了两种基于互联网云平台的追溯模式后,拓宽了对聚烯烃管道质量追溯问题的研究。为聚烯烃管道以及其他工业产品质量的控制,以及质量追溯方法提供了新的思路。

In order to improve the quality of polyolefin pipeline and optimize the source traceability of pipeline quality information,the quality control and quality traceability methods of polyolefin pipeline production process are studied.Starting from the production process of polyolefin pipeline,the production process affecting the production quality such as raw materials,temperature,pressure,speed and inspection is analyzed.Starting from the Internet cloud platform mode,the links of polyolefin pipeline quality information are traced.After comparing two traceability modes based on Internet cloud platform,the research on quality traceability of polyolefin pipeline is broadened.It provides a new idea for the quality control of polyolefin pipeline and other industrial products,as well as the quality traceability method.
