邻二氮菲分光光度法测定水中铁离子含量实验设计 被引量:2

摘要 结合分光光度法测定原理,通过配置标准铁溶液和水溶液的方式,利用紫外可见分光光度计测定两种溶液的吸光度,并将波长作为x轴,吸光度作为y轴绘制结果曲线,利用吸光度计算公式确定水中铁离子含量。通过实验得出,波长的长度会影响吸光度结果,但邻二氮菲试剂的用量仅会对pH值造成影响,不会影响吸光度,因此在教学过程中为节省实验成本,可将邻二氮菲试剂的用量控制在最低限度。通过研究得出利用邻二氮菲分光光度法,将波长设置为510 nm,将邻二氮菲试剂用量控制在1 mL能够准确测定出水中铁离子含量。 Based on the principle of spectrophotometer determination,the absorbance of the two solutions was determined by using the ultraviolet visible photometer,and the wavelength was taken as the x axis,the absorbance curve was plotted as the y-axis,and the content of iron ion in water is determined by the absorbance formula.The results show that the length of wavelength would affect the absorbance,but the dosage of phenanthroline would only affect the pH value,not affect the absorbance.Therefore,in order to save the experimental cost in the teaching process,the amount of o-phenanthroline reagent can be kept to a minimum.The method can be used to determine the iron ion content in water by using phenanthroline spectrophotometry,setting the wavelength to 510 nm,and controlling the dosage of phenanthroline reagent to 1 mL.
