大庆油田是我国重要的石油生产基地,是集勘探开发、工程技术、化工生产、装备制造、矿区服务等重要工作为一体的超大型国有生产单位。大庆油田现有的资产超过了3000亿元,主要的生产设备多达50万台,其中重要的特种设备达到20万台以上。特种设备的结构复杂,工作条件较为恶劣,日常工作中的管理难度自然加大。随着大庆油田可持续发展的过程中,如何有效发挥特种设备在油田建设中的作用,在大庆油田实现百年油田的过程中,实现特种设备的安全管理,是现在大庆油田管理人员面临的重要问题。近几年来在油田设备的安全管理方面,特种设备出现了很多方面的问题,油田安全生产管理的形势不容乐观,而特种设备能否安全的管理会直接关系到油田企业的稳定性,因此一定要做好特种设备的安全管理,从而给广大干部员工的生产生活提供安全的保障。本文主要探讨的就是特种设备的安全管理工作,希望能够为有关部门提供参考。

Daqing Field is an important oil production base in China.It is a super-large state-owned production unit integrating exploration and development,engineering technology,chemical production,equipment manufacturing and mining area service.Daqing Field has more than 300 billion yuan in assets and has 500,000 major production facilities,of which more than 200,000 are special equipment.The structure of special equipment is complex,the working condition is worse,the management difficulty in daily work increases naturally.With the sustainable development of Daqing Field,how to effectively play the role of special equipment in the construction of oil fields,and how to realize the safety management of special equipment in the process of realizing the century-old oil fields in Daqing Field,is now an important issue for managers in Daqing Field.In recent years,there have been many problems in the safety management of oil field equipment,and the situation of oil field safety production management is not optimistic,the safety management of special equipment is directly related to the stability of oilfield enterprises,so we must do a good job of safety management of special equipment,so as to provide security for the production and life of cadres and employees.This paper mainly discusses the safety management of special equipment,hoping to provide reference for relevant departments.
