迷宫压缩机高压隔室玻璃盖板密封结构设计、试验与应用

摘要 为方便、直观地观察某些禁油领域中应用的立式迷宫压缩机运行时,填料部件是否进油等工作状态,可在气缸高压隔室侧安装玻璃盖板。文章通过试验数据,提供有效的玻璃盖板密封结构设计,并将其应用在某多晶硅领域的迷宫压缩机上。 In order to conveniently and intuitively observe the working conditions such as whether the packing parts are filled with oil when the vertical labyrinth compressors used in some oil-forbidden fields are running,a glass cover plate can be installed on the highpressure compartment side of the cylinder.Based on the test data,this paper provides an effective sealing structure design of glass cover plate,and applies it to a labyrinth compressor in a polysilicon field.
