储气库乙二醇再生系统研究与应用

摘要 在储气库天然气露点装置中,基本上都使用乙二醇作为防冻剂,在乙二醇系统中,重中之重是乙二醇的再生问题。再生效果的好坏直接关系着乙二醇的浓度和损耗,也决定脱水脱烃装置能否正常运行,乙二醇再生系统的操作是一个复杂的过程,受到众多因素的影响,每一个因素的改变都会导致再生系统的操作发生变化。文章目的就是研究怎样在满足浓度要求,满足生产的条件,降低消耗,节约能源。 Ethylene glycol is basically used as antifreeze in natural gas dew point device of gas storage.In ethylene glycol system,the most important thing is the regeneration of ethylene glycol.The regeneration effect is directly related to the concentration and loss of ethylene glycol,and also determines the normal operation of dehydration and dehydrocarbon unit.The operation of ethylene glycol regeneration system is a complex process,which is affected by many factors.The change of each factor will lead to the change of the operation of regeneration system.In this regard,the purpose of this paper is to study how to meet the concentration requirements,meet the production conditions,reduce consumption and save energy.
