摘要
本文主要针对离心压缩机机组运行中受润滑油油品质量下降导致轴承轴瓦温度上升的原因进行查找、分析和试验,最终通过在不停机的状态向油中加入分散剂对润滑油进行在线处理,使润滑油油品质得到了改善,确保了机组正常运行。
The reasons for the temperature rising of the bearing pad caused by the quality of the lubricating oil in the centrifugal compressor unit operation were found,analyzed and tested in this paper.Finally,online processing of lubricating oil was carried out by adding dispersants to the oil without stopping the compressor.The quality of lubricating oil has been improved,ensuring the normal operation of the compressor unit.
