Drawing Test to Verify Bonding Strength Between Bolt Sleeve and Blade Root

针对预埋型风电叶片需要验证螺栓套与叶根复合材料之间的结合强度问题,提出了一种联合使用立式液压机和手动加压泵对螺栓套进行拉拔试验的方法,并对该方法涉及的总体思路、试样、试验装置、试验步骤和优缺点进行详细介绍。

In order to verify the bonding strength between the bolt sleeve and the root composite material of the wind turbine embedded blade,a test method for drawing the bolt sleeve by joint using a vertical hydraulic press and a manual pressurizing pump was proposed.This paper introduced the overall thinking,test sample,test device,test procedure,merits and demerits of the method.
