海上平台用橇装化天然气离心压缩机组的开发研制

The Development of Skid Mounted Natural Gas Centrifugal Compressor Units for Offshore Platforms

海上平台用橇装离心式天然气压缩机组是海上油气田开发应用的重要装置^([1-2])。基于国内对天然气压缩机技术的发展现状^([3-6]),本文分析了海上平台用橇装化离心式压缩机组的工作特点,同时结合国外在役机组的运行经验,研制了国内某海上平台项目撬装天然气离心压缩机,阐述机组的结构设计方案和撬装布局设计,分析了转子的稳定性和机壳、底座的强度,经试验验证,机组各项指标满足技术协议的要求。

Skid mounted natural gas centrifugal compressor units for offshore platforms have become important devices for the development and application of offshore oil and gas fields.Based on the development status of domestic natural gas compressor technology,the application characteristics and requirements of skid mounted centrifugal compressor units for offshore platforms were analyzed.Combined with the operating experience of foreign in-service units,a skid-mounted natural gas centrifugal compressor for domestic offshore platforms were developed.The structural design scheme and skid mounted layout design of the units were elaborated on.The stability of the rotor and the strength of the casing and base were analyzed.After experimental verification,all indicators of the unit meet the requirements of the technical agreement.
