摘要
基于状态监测系统针对离心压缩机轴位移故障进行故障机理研究,对轴向力理论计算公式和推力轴承性能影响因素进行分析,结合实际生产过程中引起轴位移的故障原因进一步进行统计,分析故障特征并且给出治理措施。最后,结合某天然气长输管线增压站中PCL型离心压缩机,运用CQ6 000智能状态监测系统进行轴位移故障进行案例分析。
The shaft displacement fault mechanism of centrifugal compressor is researched through the condition monitoring system, the calculation formula of axial force equation and the the performance influence of thrust bearing is analyzed. The reason and treatment of shaft axial displacement fault is given after the analyzing combined with the actual running process. A case analysis for axial displacement in PCL centrifugal compressor using the CQ6 000 intelligent condition monitoring system is given in this paper.
