摘要
对富氢介质的离心压缩机发生振动损坏和干气密封泄漏,进行振动分析,对压缩机叶轮损坏开展失效分析,从压缩机选材和强度设计上找出事故发生的主要原因是压缩机叶轮设计不合理,强度不能满足要求,导致叶轮发生疲劳开裂后,与压缩机定子发生碰磨,从而造成机组振动高,干气密封损坏,进而工艺气体泄漏。文章最后制定了处理措施。
Vibration fault and dry gas seal leakage of the centrifugal compressor with rich hydrogen medium is analyzed.Considering the factor of compressor material and strength design,the reason of failure is unreasonable design of compressor impeller which the strength of impeller can’t meet the requirements,and the high vibration of compressor bring the damage of dry gas bearing.The treatment method is provided in this paper.
