中国特色比较政治学的学术资源与理论框架

The Academic Resources and Theoretical Framework for Developing Comparative Politics with Chinese Characteristics

当代中国比较政治学研究在改革开放以来的四十余年中取得了显著的成就,但在理论创新和自主知识体系构建方面存在不足,与新时代中国现代化国家建设的要求存在较大差距。构建中国特色的比较政治学必须坚持和加强马克思主义的指导地位,注重发掘和利用中华优秀传统文化,学习和借鉴西方比较政治学研究的理论和方法,总结和提炼中国特色社会主义政治建设和发展的成功经验。从中国特色比较政治学的知识体系框架看,可以在政治社会、国家建构、治理体系、政治过程、政党治理和治理绩效等方面进行比较研究,率先形成知识积累。中国特色比较政治学的构建是一个长期的理论创新和知识积累过程,需要政治学人的不懈努力。

Many great achievements have been made in the comparative political studies of contemporary China during the past four decades since the reform and opening up policy was adopted in the late 1970s.However,it is no deniable that there are few brilliant works with theoretical breakthrough and autonomous knowledge accumulation,which cannot meet the requirements of modern state-building in the ncw cra China.In order to develop comparative political studies with Chinese charactcristics,it is imperative to uphold and strengthen the Marxism as our guiding principle,reinvent and reinterpret the traditional Chinese cultures,emulate and exploit the theories and methods in foreign comparative political studies,gencralize and conceptualize the good practices in the Chinese socialist political developments.The comparative analysis of political society,state-building,governance system,governmental process,party governance and governmental per formance will contribute greatly to the formulation and accumulation of conceptual framework for comparative political studies with Chinese characteristics.This is a long,gradual and dynamic process of theoretical innovation and knowledge creation,which needs more input and further efforts by gcnerations of political scientists in China.
