以教育促发展:劳动教育推动新中国国家建设的现实路径

Promoting Development by Education:The Realistic Path of Labor Education to Promote PRC's Modern State Construction

摘要 新中国劳动教育的发展演变同时受到马克思主义理论、赶超型国家发展战略、政党-国家政治形态的影响,是在现代国家建设的大背景下持续应对现实挑战、破解发展难题、将外部理论和经验进行“中国化”后的实践结果,具有强烈的现实主义取向,从一个侧面反映出新中国国家建设在理论和实践上的复杂性。新中国劳动教育主要包括劳动价值观教育和生产技术教育两方面的内容,分别从意识形态和能力培养层面塑造“新人”,使下一代成长为与社会主义体制相适应的“劳动者”,从经济发展的维度推动新中国的国家建设。未来我们仍然需要充分利用和发挥劳动教育的效能,使中国从人力资源大国迈向人力资源强国,推动完成中国现代国家建设。 The evolution of labor cducation in the PRC has been influenced by Marxist theory,catch-up development strategy and the party-state system,and is the result of continuous responsc to practical challengcs,solving development problems,and sinicizing cxternal theories and cxpcricnccs under the background of statc building.Therefore,it has a strong realistic orientation,which reflects from one side the complexity of the PRC's state-building in theory and practice.La bor education mainly includes labor value education and technical education,which shape“ncw people”from the aspects of ideology and labor ability training,so that the new generation can grow into“workers”that are compatible with the socia list system,and promote the PRC's state building from the dimension of economic development.In the future,we still need to make full use of the effectiveness of labor education to make the PRC move from a country with rich human resources to a country with high-quality human resources,and promotc the completion of the PRC's modern statc construction.
