客观阶层地位、主观阶层认同与公共服务满意度——基于CGSS2015数据的分析

公共服务满意度是国家治理的重要议题。本研究基于中国综合社会调查CGSS2015的调查数据,探讨了客观阶层地位、主观阶层认同对当代居民公共服务满意度的影响作用。研究发现,客观阶层地位对公共服务满意度产生重要的、显著的负向作用;主观阶层认同对公共服务满意度具有显著正向作用。从中介效应来看,客观阶层地位可以通过主观阶层认同间接影响公共服务满意度,即主观阶层认同在客观阶层地位影响公共服务满意度的过程中起到部分中介作用。异质性检验还发现,客观阶层地位、主观阶层认同对公共服务满意度的影响在性别、政治面貌上存在差异。本文的研究结论意味着对公共服务满意度的政策实践,必须同时考量客观阶层地位和主观阶层认同两种因素。

Public service satisfaction is an important issue in national governance.Based on the data of CGSS2015,this study explores the impact of objective class status and subjective class identity on public service satisfaction.We found that objective class status has an important and significant negative effect on public service satisfaction.Subjective class identity has a significant positive effect on public service satisfaction.From the perspective of media¬ting effect,objective class status indirectly affect public service satisfaction through subjective class identity,that is,subjective class identity plays a partial intermediary role in this process.Heterogeneity test also found that both objective class status and subjective class identity all have different effect in gender,political status.The conclusion of this paper means that both objective class status and subjective class identity must be considered in the policy practice of public service satisfaction.
