摘要
目前,我国经济发展迈入新常态。人们对建筑行业提出了更高的要求,如何提高资金利用率是建筑企业普遍关注的问题之一。在造价控制工作中,施工单位需要严格把控建筑工程项目的各个环节,将造价成本控制在合理的范围内。基于此,本文研究了建筑工程造价因素及其控制策略。
At present,China’s economic development has entered into a new normal.People put forward higher requirements for the construction industry,and how to improve the utilization rate of funds has become one of the common concerns of construction enterprises.In the cost control work,all aspects of construction projects should be strictly controlled,and the cost should be controlled in a reasonable range.Based on this,this paper studies the factors of construction cost and their control strategies.
