高职院校工程造价专业订单式人才模式探讨

DISCUSSION ON ORDERED TALENT MODE OF ENGINEERING COST SPECIALTY IN HIGHER VOCATIONAL COLLEGES

订单式人才培养是高职院校职业特色教育模式发展到新阶段的一个标志,该模式能够更好地满足建筑企业的用人需求,提高学生的技能水平、岗位能力和创新实践能力,给企业量身打造培养人才。订单式人才培养有效解决了高职培养什么人、怎样培养人的问题,改变了学生职业技能不强、工程造价专业供求市场不匹配的现象。然而,在人才培养实践中,订单式人才培养还存在诸多问题。本文针对这些问题,结合工程造价专业的特点提出了订单式人才培养模式的构建对策。

Order-orientated cultivation of talents is a symbol of the development of vocational characteristic education mode in higher vocational colleges to a new stage.This mode can better satisfy the employment requirements of construction enterprises,improve students’skill level,post ability,and innovative practice ability,and create talents for enterprises.Order-orientated cultivation of talents could effectively solve the problems of what and how to cultivate people in higher vocational colleges,and changes the phenomenon of weak vocational skills of students and mismatch between supply and demand market of engineering cost specialty.However,in the practice of talent training,there are still many problems in order-orientated cultivation of talents.Aiming at solving these problems,the construction countermeasures of the mode of order-orientated cultivation of talents combined with the characteristics of engineering cost specialty are put forward in this paper.
