商业综合体逆作法设计与施工

REVERSE METHOD DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF COMMERCIAL COMPLEX

近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展、城市建设的日新月异以及建筑规模的不断扩大,综合体建筑、高层和超高层建筑越来越多。在建设的同时,在经济和社会条件及各种复杂技术的限制下,如何取得更大的经济效益和社会效益,成为建筑设计和施工需要重点考虑的问题。本文结合笔者的工作经验,主要介绍了商业综合体逆作法的设计及施工的重点内容,并对其中的一些技术要点进行了详细说明。

In recent years,there are more and more complex buildings,high-rise and super high-rise buildings appear with the rapid development of China’s economy,urban construction,and the continuous expansion of building scale.At the same time of construction,under the constraints of economic and social conditions and various complex technologies,how to achieve greater economic and social benefits has become a key consideration in building design and construction.Based on the author’s work experience,this paper mainly introduces the design and construction of commercial complex reverse method,and describe the technical points in detail.
