摘要
BIM技术最开始出现是在建筑行业,也是该行业的一种创新。根据行业本身具备的建设项目的特点,加上BIM技术的优越性和先进性,现在市场上已广泛使用BIM总承包管理模式。这是对传统合同管理的革新。基于此,本文将对BIM技术的总承包合同动态管理研究进行探讨。
BIM technology first appeared in the construction industry,and it is also an innovation of the industry.According to the characteristics of construction projects owned by the industry itself,and considering the superiority and advancement of BIM technology,BIM general contracting management mode has been widely used in the market.This is an innovation of traditional contract management.Based on this,this paper will discuss the dynamic management of general contract of BIM technology.
