摘要
在国家大力倡导以生态优先、绿色发展为导向的高质量发展背景下,被动式建筑以其能耗低、舒适度高等特点成为大家关注的焦点。以国际太阳能建筑设计竞赛参赛方案为例,探讨江南地区被动式技术在乡村建筑设计中的应用。结合杭州地区气象条件与地域文化,分别从整体布局优化、建筑单体设计、太阳能应用、水资源利用四个部分展开讨论,并结合计算机模拟为辅助设计。旨在通过采用适宜的被动式技术,降低建筑能耗,创造出绿色健康低能耗的建筑空间。
In the context of the country’s vigorous promotion of ecologically high priority and green development-oriented high-quality development,passive buildings have become the focus due to their low energy consumption and high comfort.Taking the entry scheme of the International Solar Building Design Competition as an example,the application of passive technology in rural building design in the south area of the Yangtze River is discussed.Combining the meteorological conditions and regional culture in Hangzhou area,the discussions were started from the overall layout optimization,building single design,solar energy application,and water resource utilization,and computer simulation was used to assist the design.By adopting appropriate passive technology,the energy consumption of the building is reduced,and a green,healthy and low-energy construction space is created.
