摘要
房地产行业和旅游区度假房的兴起导致大量住房仅在部分季节或时段有人入住,不供暖的空置房间必然会与其相邻的供暖房间进行传热。大量研究发现了供暖邻室的数量对不供暖房间热环境的影响很大,但鲜有能从动态角度进行定量化分析。立足于建筑中的单个非供暖房间,分析了户间传热的机理,并搭建微缩模型设计实验对于不同供暖邻室数量下房间的热环境进行了探究。总结得到了数量因素对于未供暖房间热环境稳态时影响规律和动态变化过程。发现了4个邻室供暖时其内表面温度和气温均可以达到供暖房间的50%以上,在开启供暖3~4 h后,不供暖房间可减少或停止供暖来节约能源。2个或3个邻室供暖时,在6~8 h才能使不供暖房间具有较好的热环境,在少数邻室开启供暖时间较长时可以减少供暖,1个邻室供暖时难以起到节约能耗的作用。可以为低入住率地区房间供暖的设计、运行、人员行为节能提供参考。
The rise of real estate industry and tourist resort leads to a large number of houses only occupied in some seasons or periods of time.The unheated vacant rooms will inevitably conduct heat transfer with their adjacent heated rooms.A large number of studies have been found that the number of adjacent heating rooms has a great impact on the thermal environment of unheated rooms,but few of them can be quantitatively analyzed from the dynamic point of view.Based on a single non-heating room in the building,the mechanism of heat transfer between rooms is analyzed.A micro-model is established,and an experiment is designed to explore the thermal environment of the rooms with different number of heating adjacent rooms.The influences of quantity factors on the steady-state thermal environment of unheated rooms are summarized.It is found that the inner surface temperature and air temperature of the four adjacent rooms could reach more than 50% of the heating room.After heating for three to four hours,the room without heating can reduce or stop heating and save energy.When two to three adjacent rooms are heated,the unheated room can have a better thermal environment within six to eight hours.If a few adjacent rooms are heated for a long time,the heating of unheated room can be reduced.When one adjacent room is heated,it is difficult to save energy consumption.It can provide reference for the design and operation of room heating in low occupancy area and energy saving of personnel behavior.
