摘要
吸水系数是建筑热湿耦合传递过程计算的基础物性参数,目前最常用的是采用部分浸入法的毛细吸水试验获得材料的吸水系数。试样与水接触底面积、试样高度、密封材料、环境温湿度等都是毛细吸水试验控制的重要因素,而其中试样与水接触底面积和试样高度对于试验的效率和可操作性影响较大,因此以典型的自保温墙体材料蒸压加气混凝土为例,测试不同尺寸材料的吸水系数,研究了试样与水接触底面积、试样高度等尺寸效应对试验结果的影响。研究结果表明,试样尺寸对试验结果的影响不明显,可以忽略。
Water absorption coefficient is the basic property parameter for the calculation of building heat and moisture coupling transfer process.At present,partial immersion method is commonly used to obtain the water absorption coefficient.The bottom surface area A,the height of the sample H,the side protection,the ambient temperature and humidity are important impact factors of the capillary absorption test.The bottom surface area and the height of the sample have a great influence on the efficiency and operability of the test.Therefore,the autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC)of different sample size is tested,and the influence of A and H on the capillary absorption test is studied.It shows that the effect of the sample size on the test results is not obvious and can be ignored.
