既有居住建筑被动式超低能耗绿色化改造实践研究 被引量:10

摘要 既有建筑存在着结构部件与设备老化、能耗高、室内声、光、热环境差等问题,因此既有建筑项目的绿色化改造是一项较为复杂的系统工程。绿色化改造既能满足既有建筑的可持续使用,又能顺应国内政策要求。笔者以河北省建筑科学研究院2#和3#住宅楼绿色化改造项目为例,对既有居住建筑的绿色性能进行诊断,根据诊断结果,提出了以进行被动式超低能耗节能改造为重点,以实现绿色建筑改造为目标的总体改造方案,为寒冷地区既有居住建筑被动式超低能耗绿色化改造提供了方向和参考。 There are many problems in existing buildings,such as aging of structural components and equipment,high energy consumption,poor indoor sound,light and thermal environment.So the green retrofitting of existing building project is complicated system engineering.The green transformation can not only meet the sustainable use of existing buildings,but also meet the requirements of domestic policies.The green retrofitting of the 2#and 3#residential building in Hebei Institute of Beilding Science Co.Ltd are diagnosed on green performance.According to the diagnosis results,an overall reconstruction plan focusing on the passive ultra-low-energy energy-saving reconstruction and aiming at the green building reconstruction is proposed,which could provide a direction and reference for the passive ultra-low-energy green reconstruction of existing residential buildings in cold areas.
