摘要
为合理评价冷通道封闭数据中心中机柜的热环境,在现有数据中心评价指标的基础上提出了一个新的机柜热环境评价指标。采用专门用于数据中心数值模拟的6sigmaDC软件对典型数据中心气流组织进行模拟,并通过实测数据验证仿真模型的准确性。针对不同工况的机柜进行模拟,并在不同评价指标间进行数值的对比分析。结果表明,该指标能有效评估不同工况下的机柜热环境,分析每个机柜的冷量利用率及热安全问题,对设备布局进行指导,对数据中心节省电力消耗、降低PUE值有指导作用。
In order to reasonably evaluate the thermal environment of the rack in the cold-channel closed data center,a new rack thermal environment evaluation index is proposed based on the existing data center evaluation indicators.The typical data center airflow organization was simulated using 6 sigmaDC software dedicated to data center numerical simulation,and numerical comparisons were made between the indicators.The results show that the index can effectively evaluate the thermal environment of the rack under different working conditions,and analyze the cooling capacity utilization and thermal safety of each cabinet.
