住宅通风设计标准研究

On Standards for Ventilation Design of Residential Buildings in China

摘要 我国正面临着严峻的室内外环境污染问题,这与人们日益提升的环境需求相冲突,也由此对住宅通风的设计提出了新的要求。对现有住宅通风相关标准是否仍旧能指导住宅建筑在这一性能方面的提升尚存在疑问。调研分析了20本中国现有住宅通风设计相关标准的条文,发现现有标准在综合性通风设计指导、自然通风定量条款和通风模拟技术应用方面存在的问题与缺陷。通过对现有住宅通风标准的分析,展望未来在住宅通风设计方面的发展趋势。 China is facing severe indoor environmental pollution originated from indoor and outdoor sources;while people’s need for better environment is growing.The contradiction between indoor environmental pollution and people’s new demanding raise new requirement for ventilation design of residential buildings.Whether the existing standards for residential building ventilation meet the new requirement is doubted.The relevant provisions on ventilation design of residential buildings are studied from 20 existing Chinese standards,and problems of the existing standards are found out,such as absence of comprehensive guide for ventilation design,insufficiency of quantitative requirement for natural ventilation and few application of ventilation simulation.According to the problems of the existing standards,the future trend for developing new standards for ventilation design of residential buildings is proposed.
