摘要
采用建筑能耗模拟软件eQUEST对北京市某商业建筑进行模拟,对比分别采用风机盘管系统和变风量空调系统两种空调系统形式的商业建筑能耗。对商业建筑空调系统进行节能分析,确定商业建筑最佳的空调系统方案,以及未来的空调系统研究方向。商业建筑的电能消耗和燃气能耗主要来源于建筑空调制冷和制热。比较发现,对于商业建筑,采用变风量空调系统比传统的风机盘管系统更加节能,节能率达3.9%。
Based on the building energy simulation software eQUEST,a commercial building in Beijing is modeled,and the energy consumption of commercial buildings in the form of two air conditioning systems are compared and analyzed,including Fan Coil system and Variable Air Volume system.The energy efficiency of commercial building’s air-conditioning systems is expounded to determine the best air-conditioning system for commercial buildings and research directions for air-conditioning systems in future.The electrical energy consumption and gas energy consumption of commercial buildings are mainly derived from space cooling and space heating.It is found that for commercial buildings,the variable air volume air conditioning system is more energy efficient than the traditional fan coil system,and the energy saving rate is 3.9%.
