Energy Conservation Based on Comprehensive Analysis of Monitoring Data from a Cooling Station

深度挖掘制冷站监控数据,对于发现冷站实际运行存在的细节问题、全面分析数据背后潜在的节能潜力、指导帮助提炼冷站节能方案有重要的作用。以某商业建筑冷站存在的几个典型问题为例,通过该冷站近几年较为完善的监控数据,可以对这些平时不太受关注的一些所谓"低级、简单、理所应当"的细节点进行剖析,取得了良好的节能效果。在此基础上,根据冷站的实际需求,对同类建筑制冷站数据监控的原则和要求进行了总结,以指导冷站在运行过程中节能工作的开展。

Deep excavation of monitoring data from cooling stations is necessary and important for discovering detailed problems in practice,analyzing energy-saving potential and improving energy-saving strategies.This paper took examples of several typical problems in the cooling station of a commercial building.The operational data of the target cooling station was well recorded in recent years.Based on the data,a careful analysis was conducted upon"low-level,simple,undoubted"issues which were seldomly noticed in practice.The analysis based on monitoring data contributed to obvious energy efficiency.In addition,principles and requirements about monitoring and reporting operational data are summarized in similar cooling stations.The principles and requirements were summarized according to actual needs from operation management.Findings of this paper will facilitate energy-saving work in cooling stations in the future.
