装配整体式混凝土建筑物化阶段碳足迹测算案例研究 被引量:12

摘要 为了保证我国建筑行业的可持续发展,节能减排、低碳建设的问题迫在眉睫,而实现建筑碳足迹的量化是解决这一问题的基础。通过选定排放系数法构建装配整体式混凝土建筑物化阶段碳足迹测算模型,确定碳足迹因子并依据定额分析建筑的人工、材料、机械消耗量,以装配整体式混凝土建筑项目为例,计算建材生产、工厂化生产、运输及装配化施工四大阶段产生的碳足迹值,并提出相关的减排策略,旨在为装配式建筑的低碳建设提供保障。研究表明:建筑物化阶段碳足迹主要来源于建材生产,产生的碳足迹值占总值的62.20%,主要是生产运输混凝土、钢、砂浆所产生的;装配化施工阶段碳足迹排名第二,占比为34.30%,主要是由机械设备使用消耗化石燃料和电力能源产生的。 In order to ensure the sustainable development of China’s construction industry,the energy conservation,emission reduction and low carbon construction are imminent,and the quantification of building carbon footprint is the basis for solving these problems.The carbon footprint measurement model of the integrated prefabricated concrete building is constructed by selecting the emission coefficient method,the carbon footprint factor is determined,and the artificial,material and mechanical consumption of the building are analyzed according to the quota.The integrated concrete construction project is taken as an example to calculate the building material production.The carbon footprint values generated by four stages of materials’manufacturing,factory production,transportation and assembly construction,and related emission reduction strategies are proposed to provide protection for low-carbon construction of prefabricated buildings.The research shows that the carbon footprint of the building phase mainly caused by building materials’production,and the carbon footprint value accounts for 62.20%of the total value,mainly due to the production and transportation of concrete,steel and mortar.The carbon footprint of the assembly stage is the second,accounting for 34.30%,mainly produced by the use of mechanical equipment to consume fossil fuels and electric energy.
