Preliminary Study on American High-performance Buildings

近些年,美国兴起高性能建筑概念及其设计指南,明确了高性能建筑的特征属性及技术特点,为我国绿色建筑向健康、高效、环境和谐的高性能建筑转变,建造能有效降低运营成本、提高使用者健康与舒适度的绿色建筑提供了新的思路。我国新修订的GB/T50378-2019《绿色建筑评价标准》从"以人为本"的性能角度出发,已将"高水平、高定位、高质量"的建筑性能作为发展目标。

The United States is rising high performance building concept and design guidelines in recent years,clearly identifying the properties and technical characteristics of high performance building,providing ideas on issues of transforming the building performance including healthy,efficiency,green building environment and harmonious building high-performance for our country,effectively reducing operating costs,improving users’health and comfort in the green building.China’s newly revised"Evaluation Standard of Green Building"(GB/T 50378-2019)takes building performance of"high level,high positioning and high quality"as the development goal from the perspective of"people-oriented"performance.
