夏热冬冷地区既有农村住宅节能改造初探——以四川省德阳市农村住宅为例

Energy-Saving Retrofitting of Existing Rural Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone: Taking the rural residence of Deyang City,Sichuan Province as an Example

分析四川省德阳市龙洞村地区气候特征以及农村住宅围护结构现状。对当地农村住宅的室内外气候参数进行检测并对比分析数据,分析该地区农村既有住宅节能方面存在的问题。对德阳市农村住宅的外墙、屋顶和门窗等外围护结构提出基于节能技术的改造设计策略,并利用Ecotect Analysis生态设计分析软件验证应用于围护结构的改造措施对建筑节能效果的影响,为夏热冬冷地区农村住宅设计及改造提供理论依据和建造经验。

The climate characteristics of Longdong Village in Deyang City,Sichuan Province and the status quo of rural residential enclosure structure are analyzed.The indoor and outdoor climate parameters of local rural residential buildings are tested and analyzed,and the existing problems of the surrounding structure of rural residential buildings in this area are summarized,as well as the indoor thermal physical environment.The design strategy of energy-saving renovation for the exterior walls,roofs,doors and windows of rural residential buildings in Deyang City is proposed,and the impact of applied envelope measures on energy-saving effect of buildings is verified by using Ecotect Analysis ecological design analysis software.It provides theoretical basis and construction experience for rural residential design and transformation in hot summer and cold winter zone.
