天津农村既有住宅现状及节能改造策略研究——以惠丰西村为例

Present Situation and Energy-Saving Retrofitting Strategy of ExistingRural Residential Buildings in Tianjin: On Huifeng West Village

基于天津市农村地区既有住宅的实态调研,对现有农村住宅形式进行梳理。并以惠丰西村为例,针对住宅耗能方式、围护结构性能等问题,评价其优缺点,以把握住宅节能设计的根本途径。最后从可再生能源利用、围护结构性能改造、耗能设备优化三个方面逐层深入地探讨了农村住宅节能改造实践途径的可行性,以期为农村既有住宅节能设计提供基本方法和理论参考。

Based on the actual investigation of existing residential buildings in rural areas of Tianjin,the existing residential forms are summarized.Huifeng West Village is evaluated on its advantages and disadvantages of energy consumption mode and envelope structure performance,so as to grasp the fundamental way of residential energy-saving design.The feasibility of energy-saving retrofitting of rural main houses is explored from three aspects,including renewable energy utilization,performance renovation of enclosure structure,and upgrading of energy-consuming equipment,in order to provide basic methods and theoretical reference for energy-saving design of existing rural residential buildings.
