摘要
北京市共有产权住房建设全面执行二星级绿色建筑及以上标准,力促共有产权住房的建设标准和质量达到甚至优于商品房。基于因地制宜、被动优先、坚持低成本、推进工业化的设计原则,制定共有产权住房绿色建筑设计方法,整理、总结出一套适用于北京地区共有产权住房的绿色建筑技术方案。以北京地区某一实际项目为例,开展绿色共有产权住房建设的实践;并在控制较低成本的前提下,对绿色建筑设计得分点及做法进行梳理及总结研究。
The Mutual-Property-Right Housing Construction implements the standard of two-star green building and above in an all-round way in Beijing,for striving to achieve thesame construction standard and project quality or even better than the commercial housing.Based on the design principles of"measures adapting to local conditions","passive-technology priority","keeping low cost"and"promoting industrialization",the green building design method is formulated for Mutual-Property-Right Housing,a set of green building technology scheme is collated and summarized suitable for MutualProperty-Right Housing in Beijing.A project in Beijing is researched for green construction of MutualProperty-Right Housing project.On the premise of low cost,the points and practices of green building design are sorted out and summarized.
