摘要 对低温烟气余热回收装置运行情况进行逐时监测,收集8种不同工况下的运行数据,通过能效比EERe与换热器效率ε两种指标进行分析,得到此种换热器性能效果与最佳运行条件。研究表明,该余热回收设备总体能效比在10左右,换热器能效比同新风侧进口与烟气侧进口的温差具有一定相关性,两者比值在0.244左右,换热器效率为0.63~0.71,使烟气侧温差保持在30℃左右,新风侧进口与烟气侧进口温差达40℃以上,可达换热器最佳使用效果。 The operation of low-temperature flue gas waste heat recovery unit is monitored on a timeby-hour basis,and the running data under eight different working conditions are collected.The results are analyzed from the energy efficiency ratio(EERe)and the heat exchanger efficiency(ε).The performance of the heat exchanger and the optimum operating conditions are obtained.The study shows that the overall energy efficiency ratio of the waste heat recovery equipment is about 10,and the energy efficiency ratio of the heat exchanger has a certain correlation with the temperature difference between the inlet of the fresh air and the inlet of the flue gas,and the ratio of the two is about 0.244.The efficiency of the heat exchanger is 0.63~0.71.The temperature difference on the flue gas side is kept at about 30℃,the temperature difference between the inlet of the fresh air side and the inlet of the flue gas side is more than40℃,which can achieve the best application effect of the heat exchanger.
