直接接触冷板式液冷冷却数据中心的热回收探讨 被引量:10

摘要 简述了应用于数据中心的二次侧集中循环直接接触冷板式液冷系统,分析了数据中心不同的热回收技术,介绍了区域供热热回收技术的实现途径。为回收位于上海的某液冷冷却数据中心的余热作为区域供热热源的案例建立了方案模型,并对该数据中心的热回收进行效益分析,通过计算发现:该热回收系统在每个采暖季可节省约3657tce,热回收耗电效率是全部采用常规风冷散热热回收方案的2.78倍。直接接触冷板式液冷系统既降低数据中心的制冷能耗,又具有良好的热回收效益,积极推广这项技术可取得良好的经济效益、社会效益及环境效益。 The secondary side centralized pumping cold plate direct contact liquid cooling system applied in data centers is described briefly.Different kinds of heat recovery technologies are analyzed,which maybe be applied in data centers.Ways of realization for district heating of heat recovery in data centers are introduced.A proposal model of heat recovery is established for a sample data center which is cooled by cold plate direct contact liquid cooling system and located in shanghai,and the recovered heat is used as heat source of district heating.Benefit of the heat recovery system is analyzed.Through calculating,it is found that the heat recovery system can save about 3657 tce in each heating season,and the power consumption effectiveness of the heat recovery system in the sample data center is 2.78 times as high as that of the heat recovery system in the data center which is totally cooled by conventional air-cooled conditioners.Cold plate direct contact liquid cooling system can not only reduce the cooling energy consumption of data centers,but also have good heat recovery benefits.Actively promoting the use of this technology can achieve good economic,social and environmental benefits.
