摘要
人对建筑的需求发展是一个在时代条件制约下不断妥协并延伸的动态过程。因此,建筑的功能与空间设计趋势与时代特点及人的需求息息相关,未来的建筑方案也将会融入越来越多的基于需求的设计理念与技术体系。理清建筑的发展需求与趋势,并将这些理念或技术通过最佳的方式向用户展示、让用户轻易理解和欣然接受其要点,对建筑设计与咨询是一个挑战。尝试通过互联网调研及现场考察等方式,分析了国内外优秀办公、住宅案例的典型理念和技术体系及其相关的可视化技术,总结提炼了办公与住宅建筑的功能与空间设计趋势。以江苏省某住宅示范工程为例,以该工程所提的设计理念验证了上述设计趋势总结结果,针对该工程具体的可视化需求调研并对比分析了多种可视化方式,明确了该工程的可视化方案,展示了最终的可视化效果。目的在于通过研究与实践,为新一代(未来)办公与住宅建筑的功能与空间设计以及相应的可视化需求提供参考。
The development of human demand for building is a dynamic process of continuous compromise and extension under the constraints of the times. Therefore,the function and spatial design trends of building are closely related to or decided by the characteristics of the times and human demands,and more and more demand-based design concepts and techniques will be integrated into the building design schemes in the future. Clarifying the development of demands and trends of the building,and presenting these ideas or technologies to the users in the best way so that the users could easily understand and accept the key points,are big challenges to the building design and consultation. This paper tried to analyze the typical design concepts and techniques and related visualization technologies of typical office and residence cases at home and abroad that obtained through internet and on-site investigations,and then summarized the design trends of building function and spatialand corresponding visualization techniques of office and residential buildings. Then,the paper took a demonstration project of residence as an example,and verified the design trends summarized above using the design concepts of the project. Meanwhile,according to the detailed requirements of the project,the study investigated and compared variousvisualizing techniques,clarified the visualization scheme,and presented the final result. The objective of this paper is to provide direction and method references for the function and spatial design of the new generation(future)office and residential buildings as well as the corresponding visualization requirements.
