摘要
随着信息化技术与建筑业发展的深度融合,基于BIM的智慧工地建设已经成为施工管理的一个重要发展方向。根据BIM技术在工程现场施工的应用,提出了智慧工地建设中BIM的应用框架,从数据采集、模型搭建和信息应用等三方面展开,结合施工管理过程,形成技术与管理双层面的整体思路。旨在充分发挥BIM信息集成和共享的优势,实现对在建工程现场的统一监管和管理。
With the integration of information technology and the development of the construction industry,on-site construction based on BIM has become an important development direction of construction management.According to the application of BIM technology in engineering site construction,the paper proposes the application framework of on-site construction.It discusses three content to data acquisition,model building and information application.Combined with the construction management process,the whole idea of technology and management is formed.This paper aims to take advantage of information integration and sharing,which achieves the unified supervision and management.
