广西民用建筑绿色节能外墙构造研究

Green Energy-saving Exterior Wall Construction of Civil Buildings in Guangxi

为当前广西新建公共建筑和居住建筑提供符合政策导向和绿色建筑技术标准要求的外墙节能构造参考,通过文献调研归纳了广西地方法规、政策文件及绿色建筑相关技术标准对绿色节能外墙的材料选用、隔声、节能和隔热要求。通过项目调研统计归纳了广西当前新建建筑主要采用的外墙砌体材料、外墙保温材料及保温构造形式。在调研结果的基础上,根据广西地方墙材发展趋势和政策要求,评估了3种绿色节能外墙构造在广西特定气候条件下的适用性。

Some energy-saving exterior wall construction references are provided for new public buildings and residential buildings in G uangxi to satisfy policy requirements and green building technical standards.Requirements of green energy-saving wall about material selection,sound insulation,energy efficiency,heat insulation are generalized through literature researching among local regulations,policy documents,technical standards of green building.Common masonry material,heat insulation material,and form of heat insulation construction are generalized among new buildings in G uangxi currently.Applicability of three types of green energy-saving exterior wall construction is evaluated in local climatic conditions in G uangxi.
